SERV-U PUBLIC LIABILITY
We are pleased to offer a subscription service
in order to assist the client in the event of a
liability claim where for various reasons the
insurance policy will not respond. ie:
– WITHIN THE DEDUCTABLE
– OUTSIDE OF COVER
– ELECTION NOT TO CLAIM AGAINST POLICY
ASSISTANCE PROVIDED
- Serv-u will attend to all administration, documentation and
correspondence. - Skilled negotiators will act on the insureds behalf to mitigate against actual loss and damage to the insured’s good will.
- Should the matter not be settled and litigation commences, the subscription entitles the insured to a preferential flat fee rate with a panel attorney.
Costs
- Monthly subscription fee – 0.5% of excess min
subscription fee of R50 - Litigation fee flat fee:
- R3 500 up to and including close of Pleadings
- R3 500 close of Pleading to Discovery & Pretrial
- On the rare occasion that a matter proceeds to
trial, a special rate will be agreed to on an hoc basis.
